The goal led to a victory for Sweden against Hungary with 2-1. Except from the goal his performance was pretty weak and it’s still clear that he isn’t in his best shape.

He will probably stay out from todays practice with the Swedish team to recover to the game on Saturday against Hungary.

On Saturday Zlatan Ibrahimovic and his Sweden will be facing Hungary in the European Championship Qualify. Today Zlatan arrived after his fantastic debut match yesterday where he scored his first goal for Barcelona.

Finally Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored his first goal in the Barcelona shirt. During most of the match he was anonymous and looked tired but after 82 minutes his first goal was a fact after a superb header! He looked very relieved and you could see how all the pressure dissapeared from his shoulders. The goal led Barcelona to a 3-0 victory against Sporting Gijon in a match where the homeside missed both Lionel Messi and Thierry Henry.

Ibrahimovic showed that he isn’t in his best shape and was replaced by the only goalscorer for the evening, Pedro Rodriguez after around 70 minutes. The question now is if Pep Guardiola will play with Ibra from start against Gijon on monday in the La Liga premiere or if he will let him rest to recover from the injury. What do you think? Yesterday the draw for the first group stage in Champions League took place. Barcelona and Zlatan Ibrahimovic will face following teams:

Inter (Ibrahimovic former club with players such as Samuel Eto)
Dynamo Kiev (The Ukraine league champions)
Rubin Kazan (Russian champion last year)

Most interesting is of course that Zlatan will face his former team-mates in Inter. Otherwise Barcelona should take a comfortable group victory, or what do you think? The first round starts the 16/17th of September.
